Embodied Astrology readings are a unique opportunity to explore your birth chart through noticing the wisdom of your body. The most common experiences during an astrology reading are awe and overwhelm. Awe at the amount of insight, resonance and opportunity to find healing in placing yourself in right relationship to the narrative of your life shown through your chart. Overwhelm with what can seem like learning a new language and integrating all the information. I’ve been getting astrology readings for over 25 years and the most powerful way I know to deepen those experiences is to have a personalized movement ritual to embody them.
